The development of Malvern College International can be seen as a natural extension of Malvern College’s long-established commitment to developing international mindedness and educating pupils from diverse backgrounds around the world. In embarking on these overseas ventures we are not only bringing our model of education to new markets overseas, but expanding our own horizons in an increasingly global world, to the benefit of pupils, staff and society at large.

Malvern College Family of Schools

Malvern College was originally founded in 1865 and is now regarded as one of the leading co-educational boarding and day schools in the UK.

Over recent years it has taken its experience and know how to countries outside the UK with successful openings of Malvern Colleges in Hong Kong, China, Egypt and Japan. These form the Malvern College Family of Schools.

Malvern College Barbados is planned to be one of the next international schools established under license from Malvern College International. With further planned developments, we are expecting to offer exchange programmes with other Malvern College Schools.

The College works in close partnership with each international school; while each is an independent institution in its own right, there are strong management and educational links in place between our schools, and Malvern College in the UK is closely involved in setting standards and providing governance and oversight.
